- Through Spond, our platform for managing memberships, courses, communication, and collecting course fees.
- Payments made through Spond are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). This provider may process data outside the UK/EEA, with safeguards in place to protect your information.
- Through Ticket Tailor, our booking and payment platform for one-off ticketed events (such as “Painting & Prosecco”). Ticket Tailor uses Stripe to process payments securely.
- When you subscribe to our mailing list or contact us via our website.
